Ms. Stone has more than 28 years of infrastructure project experience, is a Senior Project Manager and Subject Matter Expert for the Public and Private sectors, and was a registered Federal lobbyist for 7.5 years. She serves as a program manager and expert in international and U.S. policy, climate technology, environmental policy, permitting, agriculture, technology innovation, energy, and infrastructure sector restructuring, and international and domestic market experience in feasibility funding, grant writing, and all stages of export promotion, project development and investment in the energy, water, and transportation sectors.
Ms. Stone supports clients with feasibility funding, project finance, lobbying strategy, appropriations, R&D, intellectual property, grant support, renewables/climate/carbon trading, government affairs, social and community issues, and monitoring. She also provides socioeconomic advocacy for projects, regulatory and legislative expertise, project partnering, public-private sector partnerships, energy programs, multilateral and bilateral investment, private equity, and debt with foreign language capabilities in Spanish and Italian and is conversant in Portuguese. She has served as an expert consultant to Foreign Governments, the White House, U.S. Federal agencies, and various private sector clients and industries.
