Cynthia Peck, P.E., PTOE, DLZ Project Manager/Traffic Engineer, was selected to speak at the 71st Ohio Transportation Engineering Conference (OTEC) held October 10 – 11 at the Greater Columbus Convention Center in Columbus. Ms. Peck is presenting “Promoting Mobility in a Small Lakeside City”, to discuss the ERI – Vermilion Signals project DLZ designed for the City of Vermilion. Ms. Peck managed the $1.15M traffic signal system design for DLZ and will examine how a local agency was able to upgrade its aging infrastructure for its needs now while providing for future trends.
