DLZ provided construction management, monitoring and material testing to the Marion County Engineers Office for each phase.  Phase 1 included a new 1.64 mile, 2-lane roadway from State Route 95 and extended beyond State Route 309, with two 3-sided culverts, widening of a box beam and 3 intersections with existing roadways.  Phase 2 included a new 1.00 mile, 2-lane roadway extending off of Phase 1, intersecting and rerouting County Road 94, also included a roadway overpass bridge over a railroad.
