Mt. Carmel St. Ann’s Expansion
DLZ provided Messer Construction with material testing & special inspections for the entire expansion project, which included a 4-story bed tower addition, a 4-story central energy plant addition, a 3-story parking garage, parking lot expansion, kitchen & dining area expansion, re-grading of the sediment basin, the rehabilitation of the main entrance and roadway realignments throughout the property. All of the improvements were monitored by DLZ to conform to Ohio Building Codes and to ensure project specifications were met and the construction and materials were of the quality required.
