We provide construction administration/ inspection on a diverse range of project types regardless of size, purpose, or building/structure. DLZ has over 200 construction managers; construction engineers; inspectors and technicians that can provide our clients with construction services anywhere the project requires.  Our staff has degrees in civil engineering, building construction and contracting, or building construction technology. They have been trained and certified in various categories required for the inspection and testing of numerous types of construction projects.

Our construction engineers and certified technicians are familiar with inspecting and testing large concrete pours with special mix criteria such as high strength early setups, high temperature, fiber reinforced, and various types of admixtures. The staff is also very experienced with testing several types of grouts, as well as in-place density testing of soils and bituminous pavements for compaction. We also provide AWS/NDT staff for nondestructive testing on various welded connections and bolt torque connections.

We provide all types of visual inspection including fiber optic video inspection. Our staff has traveled to fabrication shops all over the country (Eau Claire, Wisconsin; Gary, Indiana; Montgomery, Alabama; St. Louis, Missouri; Akron, Ohio and Detroit, Michigan) to test and inspect structural members for conformance to design specifications.
