Wind power project belonging to ICE and developed by Acciona Energy under BOT contract. It has 33 wind turbine towers, interconnected by an underground energy collection system to a control building and substation.

DLZ Carbon was hired by Acciona Energy for BoP construction planning and foundation design of wind turbine towers.
