DLZ is pleased to announce the addition of two new project managers to the company’s growing environmental division. Dale Corsi, Senior Project Manager, returns to DLZ having worked in our Lansing office from 1997-2006. Mr. Corsi managed the Statler Hilton project for DLZ, the largest Level of Effort (LOE) funded project to date. He has been a technical consultant to the State of Michigan on the Wurtsmith Air Force Base in Oscoda, Michigan since 1997 and has become a leading expert on Poly and Perfluoroalkyl Substances (PFASs), which are commonly used in manufacturing from pizza boxes to electronics, plating, and in foam to put out fires.
Scott Park, Senior Geologist/Manager, has successfully worked with private sector clients including Consumer Energy on former manufacturing gas sites. Mr. Park has managed a variety of environmental projects during his career and specializes in underground storage tanks and real estate due diligence.
Both Corsi and Park have well established working relationships with Michigan Department of Environmental Quality staff and will help DLZ address complex environmental problems and provide the most cost-effective workable solutions.
