The Society of American Military Engineers leads collaborative efforts to identify and resolve national security infrastructure-related challenges. Founded in 1920, SAME unites public and private sector individuals and organizations from across the architecture, engineering, construction, environmental and facility management, cyber security, project planning, contracting and acquisition, and related disciplines in support of national security.

Mr. North has more than 16 years of experience which includes performing traditional geotechnical analyses in soil and rock including slope stability, bearing capacity, settlement, and preparing and conducting subsurface site explorations. He is also experienced in performing construction management for many LPA projects, dam and reservoir assessments and investigations, oversight of field construction monitoring, as well as oversight of both laboratory and field-testing of construction materials.
