On Thursday, October 15th, Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport opened a new runway and air traffic control tower, adding the finishing touches to a decade-long modernization. DLZ is a member of the Joint Venture DMJM Aviation Partners, contracted by the City of Chicago Department of Aviation (DOA) to provide Program Management for the O’Hare Modernization Project.
