WisDOT – Statewide Traffic Data Collection Master Contract

The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) selected DLZ to conduct traffic data collection as needed for the various regions throughout the state. DLZ is currently completing its third work order for the Southeast Region Office. The scope involves conducting 13-hour classified turning movement counts at intersections as directed including pedestrian and bicycle counts. DLZ is completing this work using Miovision Video Collection Units to provide accurate and cost-effective data to WisDOT. DLZ is preparing turning-movement-count reports in WisDOT standard formats. The use of DLZ’s inventory of Miovision cameras for these counts allows simultaneous counts at intersections along a long corridor.
