Perrysburg Municipal & Police Department ADA Evaluation

The City of Perrysburg, OH hired DLZ to evaluate the City Municipal Building and Police Department. The offices are connected by a common entry foyer. The City intended to perform various alterations to the facilities and desired to include accessibility improvements within the design.

DLZ evaluated the shared on-site parking and exterior accessible routes to the building entrances from the parking lot and public right-of-way, as well as all public and employee common use areas within both levels of the two facilities and the foyer. DLZ provided a Facility Evaluation Report that included the issues identified during our compliance evaluation and provided guidance on corrective actions, priority, and estimated costs where possible.
