Self-Evaluation and Transition Plan
DLZ assist Title II clients with a variety of services related to completion of self-evaluations of facilities, policies, and procedures and/or preparation of ADA Transition Plans. We offer several options for our clients that help them meet all requirements for completion of a Self-Evaluation and Transition Plan (SETP), including phasing projects to spread costs out over multiple budget cycles. We tailor our scope of services to ensure all facilities and areas of facilities are included in the self-evaluation.
Our staff understands the different programs provided by clients and are able to evaluate program access, especially at facilities that are not owned by them for activities like recreation programming or voting. DLZ is there to assist with public outreach and coordinates with advocates for the disabled during all project phases as required by the ADA, with some projects exceeding the minimum required outreach. DLZ can also assist communities of any size with meeting their ADA compliance obligations.
