GIS Mapping
DLZ launched a specialized software that assists the team, including our Clients, with managing each project by providing access to live updates for each parcel.
Our clients are able to log in and track project progress as well as compare it against the schedule.
Our Commitment
DLZ is committed to the process and man-hours to accommodate property owner’s schedules to explain and review all paperwork necessary to clear the right-of-way. Our Project Manager guides and manages the process for compliance with all laws and timely performance to meet project dates. The DLZ team takes great pride in the quality of services we provide to our clients. Our team spends significant time documenting the issues, goals, challenges, and criteria that define each task required to complete a project successfully. DLZ’s Risk Assessment Guide identifies potential problematic conditions and an action plan to reduce their occurrence.
At the start of the project, our Project Manager creates checklists based on Policy and Procedures for each parcel. As our team produces documents, the agents electronically submit them for review. Once we make necessary changes, if any, our Project Manager approves files for distribution. This process also takes place during the file closeout phase, where we audit completed files before delivering them to the acquiring agency.
