Lakewood Right-of-Way Field Evaluations

DLZ evaluated 180 miles of sidewalks, over 1400 curb ramps, pedestrian pushbuttons, and on-street parking within the public ROW in the city of Lakewood, Ohio. The evaluation was a part of a full service ADA Self-Evaluation & Transition Plan.

DLZ performed all ROW field evaluations, and prepared an analysis of compliance included in the Transition Plan. They also developed estimated costs and priority of corrective action for non-compliant facilities. Data was provided to the city in formats requested to allow them to track progress as facilities are improved to meet ADA guidelines.
