Overview
DLZ is a subconsultant to Stantec Consulting Services, Inc. for the project, which involves completing the realignment and improvement for US 27 from Standford to KY 34 north of Lancaster, including the Bypass around the west side of Lancaster.
Process
DLZ’s primary responsibilities for the project are surveying, utility coordination, preparing right of way and signing plans, and attending project and public involvement meetings. It is currently in the early development phase of Right of Way plans. Once the ROW plans are developed and approved by Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC), it will move to the final plan’s development phase.
