Congratulations to the Ann Arbor Area Transportation Authority (AAATA) for receiving a 2014 Build Michigan Award from AGC of Michigan for their new Blake Transit Center. The AGC of Michigan recognizes project team excellence for new construction and renovation work in building construction, federal and heavy construction, construction management, design-build, and environmental.

DLZ provided design for this state-of-the-art, 12,000 square foot facility. The new center serves the public as the downtown transfer station and features a more comfortable lobby, improved restrooms, conference rooms, break area for staff, and public information center for the AAATA.
