Jeff Coffey, Public Works Division Manager at DLZ, has been selected to speak at the Ohio Water Environment Association’s (OWEA) 2015 Collection Systems Specialty Workshop on Thursday, May 14, 2015 (8 a.m. – 4 p.m.) at the Nationwide Hotel and Conference Center in Lewis Center, Ohio. An expert in the design of new sewers, rehabilitated sewers, and water distribution systems, Coffey will present “OARS – Flow Diversion Structures That Can Control up to 1,700 MGD”. He has over 24 years of experience, including six years with the Ohio EPA and served as a Project Manager and Engineer for projects involving sanitary/storm/combined sewer systems, sewer rehabilitation, pump station and force main systems, wastewater treatment plants, water treatment and distribution, feasibility studies, general plans, and funding evaluations.
