The Ohio Committee for the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) selected DLZ to receive an “Above & Beyond” award for the state of Ohio. The State Chair “Above and Beyond” Award is given in limited numbers by state and territory ESGR Committees and recognizes employers at the state and local level who have gone “Above and Beyond” the legal requirements for granting leave and providing support for military duty by their employees as defined by the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA). We’re honored to receive this award and proud to support the many men and women who serve this great country.
