With 28 years of experience as both a Director and Project Manager, Mr. Toto has developed extensive expertise in infrastructure design and construction oversight. He currently holds the role of Project Manager and Senior Project Engineer for a range of environmental projects, including water treatment, water distribution and transmission, feasibility studies, general planning, sanitary sewer collection systems, sewer rehabilitation, as well as pump station and force main systems. In these capacities, Mr. Toto manages the design and consulting efforts of engineers and technicians, ensuring comprehensive project coordination across all relevant disciplines.

Additionally, Mr. Toto serves as the Director for site civil engineering projects encompassing site development, utilities, and stormwater management. In this role, he directs the design and consulting activities of civil engineers and technicians, while providing overall project coordination with all necessary disciplines, including architecture, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural engineering.
